14.	(1)	The Acts listed in Column 1 of Schedule 1 are amended in those of their sections or provisions shown opposite them in Column 2 by substituting "Minister of Lands, Parks and Housing" for "Minister of the Environment" or "Minister of Environment" wherever either appears.
